What tools are in the game, and how many levels does each have?
The developer publishes counts; a community guide publishes the list. Both are here, marked for what they are.
Quick answer
The developer's own pre-release FAQ says the full game adds 3 phases, 13 toys, 8 tools and 3 products over the demo. A community reference published on 25 August 2026 goes further and lists each tool with its upgrade levels — Box 1 to 4, Broom 1 to 3, Fan 1 to 3, Panel 1 to 3, Piston 1 to 3, and single-level tools such as the Pickaxe, Press and Orbit Tool.
Steps
- Check the level of the tool you actually need in the upgrade terminal; the levels on this page come from a community guide of 25 August 2026.
- Where a guide names level 2 — the magnet and the vacuum in the Phase 4 routes — buy that level before following it.
- To estimate what is left, use the developer's figures as the increment they are: 8 tools and 13 toys more than the demo, not a total.
Tools with more than one level
- Box: levels 1 to 4.
- Broom, Fan, Panel and Piston: levels 1 to 3.
- Signal License, which the guide lists alongside the Remote: levels 1 to 3.
- Cushion, Slick, Magnet, Spring Pad, Vacuum and Cannon: levels 1 to 2.
Single-level tools
- Sponge, Proxy Intern, Shift Scheduler, Pickaxe, Press, Trading, Remote, Automated Bat, Tractor Beam, Gravity Inverter, Orbit Tool and Portals.
Requirements / limits
- The counts of 13 toys, 8 tools and 3 products are the developer's, and they describe what the full game adds relative to the demo — not the total in the finished game.
- The per-tool level list is a community reference, not an official one. It is one author's compilation, published 25 August 2026.
- The guide's tool named Shift Scheduler is the same device this site's older page calls the duty planner, after the wording players used in launch-week threads.
- Update 1.0.6 landed on 26 August, after this guide was written. The Panel Rack behaviour it describes is one day out of date.
Common mistakes
- Adding the developer's “8 tools” to a community list and expecting the totals to agree. They are counting different things.
- Treating an upgrade level as a purchase requirement for the next tool. No source states a dependency order.
Still unverified
- What does each upgrade level actually change? Not verifiedThe community reference lists level ranges and a one-line description per tool. It does not publish per-level effects.
