Steps
- Close the game completely rather than alt-tabbing out of it.
- Let Steam apply any pending update; Update 1.0.6 of 26 August made saving more reliable and stores all values better.
- Relaunch and check the overlay again before checking the library page.
- If they are still missing, note that your progress is stored in the save, so the achievements not showing is a display problem to report rather than progress to redo.
